The two-bedroom unit was spacious and featured two bathrooms. A lovely balcony that provided easy access from both bedrooms and the lounge, showcasing a gorgeous beach view. The kitchen was well-equipped, complete with a stove, microwave, and a dishwasher.
The spa pool was empty , and the larger swimming pool was uncomfortably cold, limiting use and enjoyment for families expecting warm water. Parking could be tricky-my vehicle was too tall for the carpark, and I wasn't informed about vehicle size limitations in advance. A peculiar smell lingered in some rooms, reminiscent of Indian curry, and there were no boogie boards available this time, which would have been a fun addition for families. Considering the price point, some areas felt a bit tired-the plaster on the walls could use attention, and a couple of old sweets were found under the couch. Given the circumstances, a partial refund would have been reasonable.

This hotel is a chilled-out base for a weekend in Mount Maunganui. I must comment on its beachfront location - it was handy. Producers Market, where you can eat lunch, is just a pleasant stroll away from the venue, truly enjoyed this place.

I enjoyed my stay here, as the spacious apartment was immaculate and just a short walk from Anzac War Memorial Cenotaph and Coronation Park, making my city strolls even more good with beautiful scenic views.

For a 5 star hotel everything was awesome, I thoroughly enjoyed to be here. Location: the property was really close to the beach n the mount, the cafes and shopping area and both The Mt shops and the mall.
The staff was so relaxed.

The hotel was what we enjoyed during trip. The location was good and fab, right by the ocean.

I thought i booked a super king but got a measly queen bed, how quaint! The lighting was so harsh it was like i was in an interrogation room. And honestly, one would expect some complimentary chocolates or at least a room upgrade for such 'luxurious' accommodations! I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

The spacious living area and large balcony offered fine ocean views, perfect for enjoying the sunrise with morning coffee.
We experienced disappointment as the spa pool was empty , and the larger swimming pool was just too cold for us to enjoy.
